Tina Holden

Tina Holden's creativity began at age of 3 when she mimicked her seamstress mother and was caught cutting up the families heirloom lace tablecloth.
By the late 80's the talent of sewing and other needle arts translated into bead, wire and polymer clay jewelry. Tina's jewelry is recognized by the unique one-of-a-kind pendants and focals that she creates and transforms from beads and blocks of polymer clay or a combination thereof. Imitative beach pebbles from polymer clay fool the naked eye, only their lightness in weight gives them away. Other sea life such as Sand dollars and Sea stars also serve as inspiration.

Tina is an innovator, inventor and teacher of polymer clay techniques for surface treatments such as Batik & Shimmer and New Crackle Craze, both of which, among many others, are available as Pdf Ebooks through her Etsy and ArtFire shops. Tina's work has appeared in several publications, including Polymer CAFE, JewelryCrafts and Step-by-Step Wire magazine.
