Artist's Statement:

I started out at a young age sewing my own clothes and accessories. In high school I studied fine arts and design learning various art forms such as painting, batiking and silk screening. Later on
I became interested in jewelry making and took a class on how to make my own beads from polymer
clay. This class had a huge impact on my life and
I discovered how there was so much more you could do with this medium. It has since become my
passion and preferred art form. I continue to explore new colors, combining them into practical works of art.

Mosaic Tile Coffee Table
Floral Cascade Necklace
I restored this antique white ash table with a black lacquer finish. The tiles are all made from polymer and then I used regular grout to finish. This was a major project for me and took several months to do. The coffee table measures 18" x 36".
